New Window Display: The Great Gatsby

We have released a new window display at Virgínia Manssan this week, completely inspired by 1920's fashion style, which can be seen on the movie The Great Gatsby, playing now on theaters.

Art Déco was the main style worn during that decade, and the art movement is evoked on the details seen on the mannequin's dress, created using the moulage technique, by Carolina Isoppo. Pearls and feathers were very popular as well, and Carolina used these luxurious trims on the dress' train, in addition to the strings of pearls that decorate the front of the dress.
